This 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 persons is located in Quinta do Paiva, with large swimming pool and children's pool, and is enclosed within its own fenced private gardens in the Olhos de Água district of Albufeira. Perfectly placed between the busy Vilamoura Marina and Albufeira ‘Strip’ and all the attractions in between, to offer something for everyone! Ideal for golfing and family holidays, it is close to a number of beaches and all amenities, yet situated in a quiet location.
This 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps 6 persons is located in Quinta do Paiva, a small privately-owned apartment complex with large swimming pool and children's pool, and is enclosed within its own fenced private gardens in the Olhos de Água district of Albufeira. This apartment is serenely suburban yet is perfectly placed between the busy Vilamoura Marina and Albufeira ‘Strip’ and all the attractions in between, to offer something for everyone!
Upon entering this ground floor apartment you step into the open plan living/dining area and are immediately greeted with a breathtaking view of the countryside by way of two floor to ceiling sliding french doors which lead out onto a south facing sun terrace balcony. The balcony houses a circular cushioned rattan dinner set which overlooks the pool, manicured gardens and picturesque orange groves.
The family friendly kitchen is fully equipped with in-built modern appliances, including central vacuuming, fan assisted oven, electric hob, microwave, and variety of kitchen utensils.
The two bedrooms are spacious doubles which are configured as one master double and ensuite, and one twin set. They have a beautiful clean-feel colour theme which carries throughout the property. Each bedroom has access to a private terrace through the sliding french doors, and climate control conditioning units. The ensuite benefits from a walk in shower and the main family bathroom has a bathtub and overhead shower.
Traditionally a small fishing village, Olhos de Água (Eyes of Water) gets its name due to the freshwater springs to be found among the rocks at the eastern end of the beach. At low tide, it is very easy to spot them bubbling up through the sand and feel the freshness arising from the depths. The Sheraton Pinecliffs is close by and commands breathtaking views of the local beach - their golf course features on many adverts for Portugal as it shows the contrast between the terracotta cliffs and the white sand below.
This apartment is ideal for golfing and family holidays, due to the onsite facilities, clever design and location. It is truly a perfect base for exploring Central Algarve.

The closest supermarket and parade of shops is found on Estrada Das Aҫoteias – a 12 minute walk away. Here you can find food-stores, clothes shops, a bank, and places to hire cars, bicycles and quad bikes, as well as gain further information. Remember, everything you buy shall need to be carried back!
En route you will come across the Vale de Carro Bar and accommodation complex. A favourite with some of our guests, this spot has every satellite channel you’ll need as well as pool tables, pub games and an on-site swimming pool. A short distance from here is the Retiro do Isca (loosely translated as ‘Retreat from the Bait). This restaurant is a local gem, cooking up a range of meat and fish grills on the terrace. Very popular with locals and our guests alike, this restaurant is nothing flashy – but a perfect testimony to Algarve dining and Portuguese cuisine.
