Best-selling author invites you to enjoy her poolside, ocean view apartment, few steps from restaurants and shops you will find this newly-built, beautifully-furnished, two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday apartment which can accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features an open floorplan that allows views from the kitchen through the dining and living areas out to the pool-side terrace. From the terrace, you can view the nearby Ria Formosa. The apartment is situated in the private Cabanas Ocean View condominium which has a private pool and is on the corner of Av. Ria Formosa.
This end-unit, ground floor apartment has two terraces, one on each side of the unit and has direct access to the pool. Both bedrooms have wooden flooring and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom features a large queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/bathtub combination. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds that can also work as a double bed and has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower just outside the bedroom door. Each bedroom has a sliding door providing access to a private outdoor terrace with a spacious sitting area that can also be accessed from the kitchen; a perfect spot for morning coffee. The kitchen is fully fitted. The living/dining room has comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. The pool-side second terrace is off the living room and is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the beautiful Algarve weather. Air conditioning/heating units are located in the living room, kitchen and each bedroom. Linens and towels are included and wifi provided. A parking space is available in the garage below the building which will be very welcome during the busy summer season when parking is hard-to-find.
Just ten minutes from the historic city of Tavira, Cabanas is a hidden gem within the Algarve with many sports, activities and beach opportunities for those willing to explore. The apartment is centrally located and is close to the Benamor Golf Course, beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Enjoy a walk along the boardwalk next to the Ria Formosa and explore the magnificent buildings and historic churches along the river through the cobbled streets, take a taxi-boat to access the long golden sandy beaches across the Ria. Just 30 minutes from Faro airport and 20 minutes from the Spanish border
Tavira is one of the oldest Moorish towns in Eastern Algarve, concealing a charismatic heritage until this day, becoming one of the finest resort towns in the area. The town extends along the river banks of Gilão, where Moorish influences beautifully complement the deep-rooted Portuguese traditional culture.
