Description
You will be right at home in this beautifully decorated, bright, comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom holiday apartment that can comfortably host up to 6 guests. In this recently built apartment you will find personal touches and everything you need for your stay, including Bosch appliances and beautiful attention to detail.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the long balcony just off the kitchen and living area. After a day exploring the area, enjoy a meal, soak in the jacuzzi, have a sundowner and relax on the spectacular private rooftop terrace with views of the Ocean. You will have direct access to the rooftop from inside the apartment, or via the elevator.
The apartment has 2 spacious bedrooms. The master has a large king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be zipped together to create a king size bed. Both bedrooms have their own fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom is located between the bedrooms and main area and also has walk.in shower. The living area has a sofa with a queen sleeper. Air conditioning / heating units are located in each bedroom and main living area.
The apartment is just 1.7km from the boardwalk along Ria Formosa in Cabanas where you will find the beautiful waterfront lined with shops, restaurants and bars. If you enjoy relaxing or walking on the beach, just hop on a boat-taxi to take you to the beautiful wide white sandy beach.
The train station is a quick 5-minute walk. One stop on the train will take you to the historic city of Tavira, one of the oldest Moorish towns in the Eastern Algarve. Wander through the cobbled streets, beautiful churches, markets, shops and restaurants. Throughout the year you can find music events, festivals and you will often find craft stalls lining the Gilao River.
This area of the Algarve has a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters. It is among the sunniest areas in Portugal, typically averaging around 3.150 hours of sunshine.
For golfers, the prestigious 18 hole Benamor Golf Course which has beautiful views of the countryside, mountains and ocean is 600 meters away. There are several other amazing courses within a 20 minute drive such as the Jack Nicholas signature course at Monte Rei consistently voted the number one course in Portugal.
The apartment is situated in the East Algarve, 30 minutes from Faro airport and 20 minutes to the Spanish boarder.
Upon arrival you will be personally greeted, and someone is always available for assistance or guidance throughout you stay.

- Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 20:00 every day

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
