Located in Lagos, this beautifully designed two-bedroom Encosta da Marina Apartment is just 800 meters stroll to Meia Praia beach and only 400 meters to the lively Lagos Marina. where you will find live music, and great restaurants to eat out at while overlooking the Boats.
From here you can also book one of the many activities that Lagos has to offer, from Dolphin watching, sea fishing, and kayaking around the caves and caverns of Ponte da Piedade.
A short walk over the bridge and you will find the Lagos old town where you can find some of the town's famous artwork and statues the traditional Portuguese restaurants, coffee shops and craft shops, or why not stop and grab some seafood from the market for the evening BBQ on the terrace.
The apartment features a fully equipped modern kitchen, WiFi and air conditioning throughout, and front and rear balconies, the front balcony has direct access from the lounge and kitchen, and you will find 4 seater outdoor-dining set, a perfect breakfast spot or BBQ and a comfortable sofa to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening under the stars.
The king-sized master bedroom boasts built-in wardrobes and its own ensuite bathroom and has access to a smaller private balcony which overlooks the condominium-shared pool through the sliding french doors. This same private balcony also connects to the second bedroom, which is of good size and consists of twin beds.
If you want to explore further afield you can visit the race track at Portimao and spend an hour or two go-karting, try out surfing at one of the many Lagos beaches, or of course if you’re a golfer, you're never far from one of the many, many golf courses here on the Algarve.
Lagos offers plenty to do all year round and so is a perfect destination for guests looking to top up their tan on the many beaches, keen surfers wishing to perfect their technique or golfers wishing to be a stone's throw away from the lively Marina and short drive from the many courses around the Algarve!
This apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to town and enjoy the holiday without the need for a car or travel by train as the station is just a few minutes walk away.
Check-in is between 16.00 and 20.00 and check-out is at 10.00. Guests arriving between the hours of 20.00 to 08.00 are required to pay an out-of-hours check-in fee of 30 euros.

Additional notes
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. Owners were quick to answer any questions or concerns. Apartment is in a perfect location and we were able to walk to old lagos easily as well as to marina, beach and grocery store. Pool looked lovelysee more
We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment. Owners were quick to answer any questions or concerns. Apartment is in a perfect location and we were able to walk to old lagos easily as well as to marina, beach and grocery store. Pool looked lovely although we didn't go swimming as weather was cooler. The train station is a 5 minute walk. Everything we needed was there. Would definitely return to this apartment and location.
