This modern two bedroom apartment on the second floor of a private condominium is perfectly located for beach lovers and those looking for a relaxing stay as the beach (Meia Praia) is just a 5 minute walk away (with local beach bars, restaurants and a convenience store)! Lovely sea view from the balcony and living room. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine.
The twin bedroom offers two single beds, whilst the master has a double bed and patio doors leading outside onto the private balcony. Both spacious bedrooms are fully air conditioned and decorated neutrally whilst adding a tranquil holiday feel to the apartment space. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower shared between both bedrooms.
The property has an abundance of natural light from the large feature windows in the lounge, making it feel spacious and welcoming. The new and functional kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cooking utensils should you be looking to practice your culinary skills during your vacation. From the kitchen there is an open plan dining area and a comfortable living room leading out onto the balcony.
The private balcony homes a 4-seater table, which is perfect for any time of day, whether it’s a quick snack or an evening Al Fresco meal under the stars, the traditional Portuguese way. There are also 2 padded comfy chairs with a snack table to relax with your favorite drink.
This homely apartment is fully air conditioned throughout, and has everything for a comfortable and enjoyable stay including underfloor heating (great for winter stays), air conditioning throughout, internal electric blinds on all windows, WiFi and cable TV. This beach condo is ideal for couples breaks and family getaways alike.
Meia Praia beach is the largest beach in the Lagos regions and is a great place to head to for an enjoyable day on the beach. The 4km continuous stretch of golden sand stretches from Lagos on the western side all the way to the Odiaxere river mouth on the eastern side.
Should you wish to leave the beach and join in the hustle and bustle of Lagos, you can reach the marina within a 5 minute drive, and here you can find all sorts to keep you busy. You could spend your time exploring the historic centre with its narrow cobbled streets, traditional Portuguese houses and the picturesque Lagos marina, or pop to one of many excursion offices and book yourself on a fun boat trip to visit the infamous Benagil caves. If you’re feeling daring, sign yourself up to skydive, as the skydive center is just a 20 minute drive away from the property!
In the opposite direction of Lagos (25 minute drive) you will find Alvor, which is a traditional seaside resort and fisherman's village which offers cobbled lanes leading down to the paved riverfront, which is lined with bars and great seafood restaurants.
