The newly built apartment sleeps 6 people, with an option to sleep up to 8 using the sofa-bed available in the living room.
The stylish living room offers home comforts including a smart TV with a box, so you will be able to access streaming apps via Wi-Fi. The American-style kitchen is equipped with brand-new appliances: fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and induction hob, washing machine, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also supplied with cutlery and kitchen utensils, a coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. The kitchen offers everything you will need during your stay ideal for cooking a meal for the whole family.
From the living room is access to a large terrace with outdoor seating and a dining area, so why not sample some excellent Portuguese wine whilst enjoying the view of the blue sky.
The deluxe master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a large built-in closet that can accommodate luggage. There are 2 further bedrooms one of which has a desk, providing a work-friendly environment.
Each room also has an independently controlled radio that is integrated into the apartment sound system as well as underfloor heating and air conditioning.
A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and colourful market square offering a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, traditional shopping and markets. The main beach of Lagos ('Meia Praia'), supermarkets, and shops are all walking distance. The perfect location for taking one of the many boat trips that leave the Marina, including sailing trips, dolphin watching, fishing, grotto trips, and so on. The golf courses at Palmares, Boavista, and Penina are all a short drive away.

To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 20:00 every day
- Check-out schedule: Before 10:00
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
