Description
This is a new 2 bedroom unit in the luxury Adega apartments in Lagos. It is situated in the ideal location, across from the marina, a five minute walk to the historic center, with restaurants and shoppes, and surrounded by convenient markets. Ten minutes on foot are beautiful beaches, including Batata Beach with cliff views & Meia Praia with long sandy stretches. If you want to relax and enjoy the amenities of Adega, there is an outdoor pool, a children’s pool, indoor pool, sauna and gym. The air-conditioned apartment is large, open floor plan, sunny, clean, comfortable, secure, and modern, and includes a parking space. There are two huge terraces, one with a grill and furniture for al fresco dining and the other for lounging while overlooking the pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances, utensils and all the basics. Internet, TVs, and a small library are provided for your entertainment. Both bedrooms have the most dreamy comfortable beds and one of the two bathrooms includes a jacuzzi tub. Stay, be well, and enjoy.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
