Brand new, elegant, stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday rental apartment in the heart of Lagos with rooftop swimming pool and a short walk to the historic centre and Marina, perfect for families or groups of friends.
The property benefits from being in a quiet area Horta Galvão, with easy parking but is also just a short walk (ten minutes) to the historic centre of Lagos with its variety of bars and restaurants, or the picturesque Marina and choice of large sandy beaches.
The apartment has a fresh, modern style, open plan living room and kitchen with a gas BBQ and seating on the outside terrace. The living area is comfortable and practical with a large smart TV. The kitchen is well designed and has a large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and everything you will need. There is a dining table indoors where you can watch TV whilst you eat or alternatively dine on the spacious terrace outside and fire up the BBQ.
There is a good-sized twin bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a king-sized master suite with an ensuite bathroom comprising a bath with shower, sink and WC, also with direct access to the large terrace. The second wet room has a walk-in shower, sink and WC. Both are a good size so perfect to prepare for a night out.
The apartment has air conditioning throughout and is well-lit and tastefully decorated to give a modern, airy feel. You can nip up to the roof terrace and relax on a sun lounger, soaking up the rays or take a dip in the shared pool. Please note there is a flight of stairs to access the swimming pool on the roof terrace.
Just down the street, you will find local cafes/ restaurants where you can get a great breakfast or lunch or enjoy a drink and a juicy steak at Branson's Steak House.
Venture a bit further and you can be in the town centre with its cobbled narrow streets and a huge variety of shops, bars and international restaurants. In the summer evenings, the streets are lively and you will find market stalls, street entertainment and live music.
Alternatively head to the Marina and sit and people watch whilst enjoying a coffee or cocktail or book yourself a boat trip to fish, watch dolphins or canoe inside the beautiful caves at Ponte Da Piedade. You are close to a variety of beaches, each with its own charm, the spacious Meia Praia, or the smaller Praia da Batata, or venture further west where you can surf.
There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and there are 2 waterparks about a half-hour drive away visit Lagos Zoo which is great for kids. Lagos has something for everyone and is still popular in the low season because it is surrounded by beautiful beaches and has all amenities close by all year round sunshine.
