The American kitchen, alongside the dining and living room, is well lighted and equipped with modern appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The kitchen island can be used as a table for quick meals or hanging up with family and friends to drink the finest Portuguese wine and eat all the good traditional Portuguese pastry.
The dining room comfortably seats six people.
The living room has a relaxing sofa and smart tv granting you access to leading stream apps. The light comes from wide sliding doors that give access to the balcony and a lovely neighbourhood view.
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, nightstands, spacious wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony.
The second bedroom has two single beds, nightstands, and access to the balcony.
The apartment sleeps 4 to 6 people if using the sofa bed.
The guest bathroom has a shower.
All balcony sliding doors have individually electronic blinders, creating all the moods you desire for each chamber.
And to make your stay even more delightful, you can unwind in the rooftop pool and contemplate the city from a privileged perspective.

Nearby, supermarkets such as Continente and Aldi, a gas station, a car wash, coffee shops, and restaurants are all short walking distance.

From the booking date until 57 days before the check-in, there is no cancellation penalty
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 20:00 every day
- Check-out schedule: Before 10:00
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
