Description
This modern 2 bedroom apartment in the Quinta Da Abrotea development, Lagos, is just a 15/20 minute walk to the vibrant Lagos town centre. The apartment offers a well equipped modern kitchen, open plan lounge and dining area, and a spacious balcony with a 6-seater dining set which overlooks the large communal pool.
The master double bedroom has an in built wardrobe and dresser, as well as sliding french doors which open onto a narrow standing terrace which overlooks the pool and surrounding area. The master also enjoys an ensuite with shower. The second bedroom is arranged with two twin beds and sliding french doors which lead onto the larger terrace linked to the kitchen and living area. The main family bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower and is located next to the bedrooms in the main entrance hall of the apartment.
The spacious kitchen is set at the rear of the property and is equipped with all you need for your holiday stay. It also has sliding doors which lead to the larger poolside terrace. There are several local supermarkets; in particular Aldi is situated just a few minutes walk which is extremely useful for cooking up a treat to enjoy whilst dining Al Fresco.
Lagos is a beautiful market town and is one of the oldest in the Algarve and so rich in history. There are an abundance of cafes and restaurants along the cobbled streets with a year-round good local presence. The Marina de Lagos offers a touch of elegance with it’s restaurants, shops, bars and cafes.
Along the coast there are numerous Water Parks and Theme parks. There is also a local Zoo (Zoormarine) which is a great day out for all the family!
The beaches in Lagos are some of the best in the Algarve, and include the wonderful 4kms of golden sands along Meia Praia, Batata Beach just across the road from the town centre, Dona Ana Beach with it's spectacular rock formations nestling beneath the cliffs, the small, sheltered Camilo Beach and the beautiful sandy bay of Porto de Mós.
