This spacious fourth floor apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned with underfloor heating, a central vacuum system, electric blinds, double glazed windows, a 55” smart TV, and WiFi. A perfect holiday apartment for families or couples.
The apartment has an open floor plan layout with a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. The dining area table has seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The living and dining area have patio doors leading out to the large balcony with its outdoor grille, table, 6 chairs, and an outdoor sofa. From the front balcony, you can see the Marina and distant views of the sea.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, with doors leading to the front balcony overlooking the Marina. The apartment has two other bedrooms with a separate shower room. One with a queen-size bed, the other outfitted with two twins. Both have doors leading to the rear balcony where you can relax and enjoy the pool view.
The courtyard is lovely with a large pool surrounded by sun loungers. As well as the outdoor pool there is an indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym and one parking space in the communal parking garage available for use during your stay at Adega.
The apartment is situated a 10-minute walk to the Marina and a 20-minute walk or 5-minute drive to the golden sands of the Meia Praia beach with a variety of water sports activities which can be arranged from the Marina de Lagos. The Marina offers a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square is a 10-minute walk and offers a larger variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, and markets. During summer evenings there is also an abundance of street entertainment throughout the pedestrian streets of Lagos.

In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 20:00 every day
- Check-out schedule: Before 10:00
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
