    This ocean-view 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the third floor of the exclusive Porto de Mós Beach Condominium with communal pools and a choice of 4 sandy beaches within less than a 10 minute drive, each with a spectacular backdrop of yellow and orange sandstone cliffs.
    The complex and apartment have been styled to the standard of a luxury hotel, and perfectly located a 5 minute drive from the town centre of Lagos as well as Porto de Mós beach, this is a perfect modern home to relax in the sunshine between exploring the Western Algarve.

    The master bedroom has a king-size bed, large in-built wardrobes with a safe deposit box and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, built-in wardrobes and beside it, a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

    The open-plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen are flooded with light from the wide floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which lead out onto the large full-length balcony, where views of the pool, distant ocean and the countryside can be enjoyed. There is a 4-seater dining table on the terrace where you can enjoy your home-cooked meals in the warm Algarve evenings as the sun sets, or otherwise, there is another 4-seater dining table within the living area inside.

    The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating to provide maximum comfort with all year round, as well as a secure video entry system, electric window shutters, high-speed internet and cable TV (with Portuguese and American channels). There is also a Chromecast unit so that from your smartphone, tablet or computer, you can watch your native country’s channels or Netflix.
    Within the condominium, there are two swimming pools, each with a children's paddling pool, which is walled and gated for child safety.

    Nearby, historical Lagos with its popular marina and the quaint old town is not to be missed. There is something for everyone with the meandering streets and whitewashed buildings, charming cafes, tourist shops, a variety of high-class restaurants and a bustling nightlife.
