Description
This modern townhouse is composed of 3 suites, situated in a quiet and very pleasant condominium, with a beautiful pool of generous dimensions and plenty of walking space around. There’s even a playing area and a pool for children. This house is minutes away from the beach and the marina of Vilamoura.
All the bedrooms are spacious and airy and all have air conditioning.
They are setup as follow:
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with 2 twin beds and private bathroom.
• Basement - Bedroom with 2 beds, one double and one twin, with a private bathroom.
• Ground Floor - WC
The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen, so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends.
The living and dining areas, have among others, a table and 6 chairs plus sideboard, 2 sofas and poufs, fireplace, TV with national and International television channels. Free Wi-Fi in all areas.
There is a garage for the condo and a reserved parking spot for the house guests, but you can also park the car in front of the building.
The terrace and the exterior of the property are sun kissed and with easy access to both the street and the facilities of the condominium. The pool is generous in size and the depth varies between 1 meter and 2 meters deep and has a separate pool and playground for smaller children to play in. In the condo outdoor space, you will find sunbeds that you can use and also a covered bar area.
The private exterior of the property has a set of tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
Located just minutes from the centre of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, this home is ideal for families who like to have a fun and experience the best of the Algarve (Beach and Sun, Gastronomy, Nature Walks, etc…).

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

Casa Olive is a great town house in a superb complex. The grounds are kept in in lovely condition and an enjoyable setting to enjoy the great weather we had during our three month stay from January. The house had all the appliances you could wish forsee more

The house had all the appliances you could wish for, my only slightly negative comment would be that the TV needs to be updated.
The house keeping staff were very good, and Mariana was very helpful dealing with any help or queries we had. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Casa Olive & we are already planning our return for next year. Casa Olive had everything we require for a short break. We were a little dissapointed as the Marina wasn't really in walking distance but having see more
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Casa Olive & we are already planning our return for next year. Casa Olive had everything we require for a short break. We were a little dissapointed as the Marina wasn't really in walking distance but having the Uber App certainly made up for that. Casa Olive is a lovely place to stay & we would recommend it as the home itself is modern, has a great shared pool (although when we were there had it mainly to ourselves) has every electrical appliance you could wish for & more. Beds were a little firmer than we are used to but like I said, we will definitely be returning annually to a quite excellent home. Many thanks to the owner & the brilliant management company who were very professional with all aspects of our fantastic stay.

La maison Olive c'est une belle maison, bien décorée. Pour 7 personnes est très bien équipée, la terrasse, le barbecue et l'accès directement à la piscine, notre petit fils de 2 ans était enchanté. Par rapport au commentaire que j'ai lu ici même, j'asee more
