Description
The villa’s surroundings are a landscaped and beautifully kept pleasure garden of earthly delights, including a large salt-water swimming pool, olive gardens, an outdoor barbecue area and covered patio.
The enclosed Moorish style patio is the entry of the house and has an outside area with an olive tree in the middle. There are extensive gardens with a large salt water pool (6mx13m), opening up to panoramic island and mountain views.
The pool has an integrated electrically operated cover which if closed, will heat the water. Amongst the olive garden on the lower side of the pool is a bathroom and an outside shower. There are covered and uncovered terraces, an enclosed patio and a well-equipped summer kitchen between olive gardens. The roofed summer kitchen houses the barbecue area, equipped with a large gas grill, wood carbon grill, pizza oven, dishwasher, fridge and sink and has a sociable food prep area. There is also Boccia/Petanque sand area for outdoor games.
On the roof of the house is a large panoramic terrace. The independent guest house has a garden terrace enjoying sea views.
Inside:
The library is a private semi-open area divided by arches and has a wood fire. The library also opens up to the enclosed patio on one side and to the garden terrace on the other side.
The open dining area hosts twelve people and leads to the front and west side garden terraces.
The living area has an open Moorish style hand-crafted wood fire and accesses the front garden terrace.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms, and instead of air conditioning units, there is underfloor cooling, so there is no cold draft but a general feeling of coolness around like the inside of a church in summer.
Bedrooms:
On the ground floor is an en suite, queen size bedroom which is entered via the enclosed patio. This cosy room has a private terrace out onto the garden.
A further comfortable, en suite twin bedroom opens up to the enclosed patio. If wanted, the beds can be joined to become a king size.
Another en suite, twin bedroom opens up to the front terrace, as well as to the guest house's terrace and enjoys garden and sea views.
The master suite is on the first floor and has a spacious dressing area that has a small french balcony overlooking the enclosed patio. The dressing area leads through an arch to the sleeping area with a king size bed. From here is a large private terrace with an exterior staircase that leads to the garden and pool. The full bathroom with sea views also has it's own private terrace.
The guest house has two en suite, twin bedrooms with sea views and opens up to a private outside terrace area in the garden, plus, a fully equipped kitchen. The main house and guest house are one building but completely independent units.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island. The incorporated bar on the island divides the kitchen area from the dining area. There is a large oven plus a combined microwave, a Teppenyaki, a 5-burner gas hob, two sinks, a fridge and a small TV hidden into one of the kitchen closets.
The service kitchen adjacent to the kitchen has an American fridge and a extra sink. The laundry room is accessed via the service kitchen and is equipped with a washing machine, a tumbler, a sink and an ironing set and gives access to an outside drying patio.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
