Description
Less than 10 minutes’ drive outside of Lagos, you will find Casa Alta, “the high house”. This traditional white-washed villa is located near the top of a hill providing scenic views of the Algarve countryside.
The property is accessed on the upper floor, through the central turret and into a round room with two of the three bedrooms and a large bathroom leading from it.
One bedroom is a king-size double, the other a large twin, both with excellent views down the valley and access to a shared terrace, creating a beautiful way to wake up to an Algarve morning.
A small kitchenette situated on this floor is perfect for late night drinks and snacks, without having to go downstairs to the main kitchen.
Go down the wide spiral staircase, with child friendly stair gates top and bottom, and you find yourself in the raised dining area, overlooking the cosy lounge.
The lounge is equipped with a ‘smart’ satellite HDTV so don’t forget to bring your Netflix account details!
The master king-size bedroom is located on the ground floor with en suite bath and shower facilities, as well as more fantastic views down the valley.
Outside the fully fitted, modern kitchen, you look down to a private swimming pool, with an integral Jacuzzi, nestled in the large mature garden.
There is also a shady private seating area, in front of and below the pool, perfect for some quality quiet time.
The villa has a terrace on two sides overlooking the pool and south towards the town of Lagos, a pleasant place for al-fresco dining.
