This authentic two-storey Villa, Casa Rosie, is located within a peaceful neighbourhood in Quarteira, whilst conveniently situated within a five minute drive of all amenities that the Golden Triangle has to offer.
Casa Rosie is accessed through the gate into the small front garden, where the front door leads guests into the hallway. The hallway presents the grand staircase, as well as a small W/C, and the entrance to the large living area.
The main living area has a great spacious ambiance with its open plan lounge and dining room, with open access to the fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen helps this property become a "home from home" with its appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and a dishwasher.
There is a three seater breakfast bar in the kitchen, as well as a lovely four seater dining table with it's own area.
From the kitchen, a small games room can be accessed. Inside the games room there is a sofabed, with patio doors overlooking the covered outside seating and dining area, where there is a table and chairs seating eight, as well as a BBQ, and an outside staircase leading to the upstairs garden and swimming pool area.

Across the hall from the master bedroom, is the second upstairs bedroom, which has two twin beds, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs, is the third bedroom, which is accessed through the living area, and independent with a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom.
This home is ideal for family breaks, as it provides accessibility to all home comforts, including television, air conditioning and central heating, a victorian style fireplace, family board games, comfortable furnishings, and fabulous accessibility to any facilities you may need whilst on holiday in the Algarve.
The location of this property is just a five minute drive from the areas of Almancil, Vila Sol, and Quarteira, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, and shops.
The local beach is Loule Velho, which can be reached within a short 5 minute drive.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
