This stunning 6-bedroom boutique villa has everything you will need to enjoy your holiday to the fullest. The garden area is simply stunning with a lake with bridge and fountain, a large swimming pool, a putting green, all manner of outdoor games and even an outdoor Jacuzzi. Ideal for groups who need their personal space and who will enjoy the outdoors that this villa has to offer. The villa is just 15 minutes’ walk away from the nearest beach.

The villa is composed of 6 bedrooms, all en-suite and all with air conditioning.
Depending on the group, all the beds except the one on the 1st floor can be interchangeable from 2 twin beds to 1 king size bed with the use of a double bed topper.
3 of the bedrooms have separate entrances from the common area which makes them more private, boutique villa style.

There are an additional 2 temporary beds that can be put anywhere within the property and which can sleep an additional 2 persons.


The villa has a practical décor, simple and modern, equipped with the necessary appliances and gizmos to help you to enjoy your holiday in full comfort such as full air conditioning, good Wi-Fi in all divisions, electric towel heaters in the bathrooms, 3 two seater sofas with footrest, a good sized flat TV with cable channels and English spoken channels.
The villa has at your disposal a fully equipped and organized kitchen, although not big in size, it can cater to your every need with the help of a nearby secondary fridge/freezer and the nearby BBQ.

The exterior of the villa is magnificent, the countless palm trees and the acres of grass contribute to the tropical feeling of the garden, coupled with a great pool of 12 meters long by 6 meters wide and depths between 1 meter and 2,2 meters. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline. A big outdoor dining table is the base of the al-fresco meals, paired with the nearby charcoal BBQ, the proximity to the kitchen and the outdoor furniture overlooking the pool area, your cooking efforts will be considerable reduced.
Among the features of this villa there is a the pond with a fountain and a bridge that connects with the trail that circles the villa, it really adds up to the call to nature of this villa; a putting green with 5 holes, perfect for practicing your golf moves; a children’s playground; a big terrace fit for throwing parties with outdoor games such as a pool table and a ping-pong table; and last but not least, a great outdoor jacuzzi fit for 4 persons under a shaded structure.
The villa has the charm of a country house, with several private areas, as well as loads of space to walk and meditate or simply relax under the sun shine.
