This charming T2 ground-floor apartment at Balaia Golf Village is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve. It comfortably sleeps up to 6 people, as there are two separate sleeping areas with twin beds, and further capacity for another two people on the sofa bed, in the lounge area. Its super fast fibre internet, makes it an easy place to work from for those seeking a comfortable base for remote working.
The master bedroom has 2 single beds, a built-in wardrobe, an air conditioning unit and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. It has doors opening onto its own patio and grass area. The other bedroom has 2 single beds, an air conditioning unit, a built-in wardrobe and its own separate bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower. It also has doors onto its own sunny patio area.
The open plan lounge and dining area have a sofa bed (increasing capacity to 6 guests), an air conditioning unit, built-in seating, a coffee table and TV (over 200 channels in various languages, including English) and a dining room table and chairs. An outdoor terrace area is accessible from the lounge and offers an additional dining area with a table and chairs, an electric BBQ, and plenty of space to relax in the lush grassed garden and soak up the Algarvian sun.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle.
There is a separate utility room with a washing/dryer machine for clothes, with a sliding door to silence the noise when in use.
Balaia Golf Village is ideally located between Albufeira and Olhos de Agua (both 5 minutes in a car/ taxi). It is just a 30-minute car journey from Faro airport. Balaia Golf Village has 6 outdoor swimming pools, a 9-hole golf course, a golf academy and clubhouse, a golf driving range, 4 tennis courts and a tennis academy. Also, a Wellness Centre with an indoor swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath, a gymnasium and health massages. Balaia also has 2 restaurants and green bowling. At the 24-hour reception, it can organise safe rental, car hire, bicycle hire, airport transfers, taxi reservations and bookings for amusement parks and other excursions.
Finally, the apartment is well positioned as it is just 2 minute walk from the nearest swimming pool, 5 minutes walk from the on-site supermarket ( open 7 days a week). The nearest beach is a 9-minute walk to the stunning Maria Luisa beach.
