This is a brand-new apartment located within a sought-after development in Lagos, only a 10-minute drive away from the centre of the town and all the amenities you can wish for.
The apartment is decorated in pastel tones in a modern and practical style, designed for comfort it has everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday.
Located on the ground floor with direct access to the shared pool area which offers sun loungers for you to enjoy.
When entering this contemporary bright open plan apartment there is a hallway leading to the dining room area, with a dining set that seats 6 people comfortably. The lounge area has a sofa which can also be used as a sofa bed, there is a big flat-screen TV with 125 channels and a cosy nook area where you can relax and unwind after a busy day out.
To the right, you will find the kitchen, equipped with all the modern appliances, including a fridge with a freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that will be great for a family breakfast.
From here you can also access the balcony, which has an outside table for 4 and a sofa, perfect for outdoor meals in the cool evenings as the sun sets, as well as a gate to access the pool and well-maintained gardens of the complex, where you can relax and soak up the sun in one of the shared sun loungers and enjoy the pool and relaxing vibes of your surroundings.
Back inside the apartment, there is a family bathroom that has a bathtub with hydro massage, the master bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, then a bright bedroom with 2 single beds, allowing this beautiful apartment to accommodate 6 people.
The complex has plenty of parking outside the gate but this unit also offers you a secure parking spot in the underground garage.
Location wise this complex couldn’t be better, you will be only 10 minutes away from the centre of Lagos and the beaches, however, you are distanced enough to avoid the constant noise and all the hustle and bustle that comes with busy town centres so that you can have a truly relaxing stay.
Lagos is one of the most popular towns in the Algarve, with its picturesque town centre in a traditional style, built within the walls of the old castle and its cobbled roads for pedestrians only. You can certainly also enjoy a walk down the marina and find plenty of entertainment there, with a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and bars to suit everyone’s taste.
Lagos is around 50 minutes away from Faro airport if you take the motorway A22, or about an hour if you chose to drive on the national road that takes you through most of the towns and allows you to explore the Algarve on your way there.
There is a good choice of activities that you can book, such as day boat trips with a BBQ for a fun family day out or taking the afternoon trip and watching the sunset for a romantic evening.
You can also go to one of the several waterparks, take horse riding trips and so much more.
