This brand new two-bedroom apartment is a welcoming, air conditioned, ground floor apartment in the beautiful area of Cabanas da Tavira, located in the East of Algarve, Tavira. The apartment has a sizeable balcony and views over a beautiful garden - this is the perfect setting for a memorable holiday, ideal for friends, couples and families alike as it’s just a few minutes away from the boardwalk where you can regularly jump on a ferry to the beautiful Cabanas Beach - or within just a few metres walk from the apartment you can find a variety of bars and restaurants as well as local supermarkets so you have everything close by.
The two bedrooms are very comfortable, consisting of one double and two singles the latter offers patio doors which lead to a large outside terrace perfect for your early morning coffee or Al Fresco dining in the evenings.
There is a large sparkling blue communal swimming pool perfect for cooling off after soaking up the intense Algarvian sun and a more minor children's pool to keep the little ones entertained.
Back inside the property, there is a spacious open living room with a dining table to seat four, a flat screen T.V and comfortable furniture to fit the whole family. This leads to the fully equipped modern kitchen which has all you need for a stress-free self-catering stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher and full set of kitchen utensils and is decorated.
The property is serviced by two bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and the other providing a bath and shower.
Should you have a car with you it is just a short 10-minute drive to the centre of Tavira or just a 30-minute drive (18KM) to Ayamonte across the Spanish border offering you two holidays in one!

- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
