The house has space for two cars and is surrounded by a private garden.
Upon entering, you will be surprised by the ample natural light from the huge sliding windows and the open-plan layout.
The living room overlooks the outside garden and has a comfortable sofa, smart tv and cable TV.
The dining room has a magnificent dining table for six people. At the back of the room, you have a convenient space dedicated to work with a desk, office chair and monitor. At the back, you find a private garden with a jacuzzi*, outdoor furniture, loungers and a barbecue.
The kitchen has the most modern appliances and an authentic American kitchen island with an induction hob and sink. In addition, the house also offers crockery, cutlery and pans.
Still, on the first floor, you have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, an in-built wardrobe and access to the garden. In addition, one bathroom serves the first floor.
Upstairs you have an ensuite bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
The ensuite master bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the front of the house and an expansive built-in closet. The bathroom has a double vanity sink and bathtub.
All environments have air conditioning and wifi connection.
You can also enjoy the common area which offers gardens and swimming pools.
Meia Praia beach is 1.9 km distance and the old downtown is 1.5 km away.

From the booking date until 57 days before the check-in, there is no cancellation penalty
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
