Situated on the second floor, the apartment can sleep 4 guests and consists of one spacious bedroom with patio doors to the rear and a dressing room with built in wardrobes and drawer space. The bed can be arranged as either a super-king or split for twin beds if requested.
The open plan lounge area has a sofa that can convert to a king size bed, along with a reclining swivel chair. Both the lounge and bedroom have TV’s with multiple channels. Access Netflix or Amazon with your log in.
Both the lounge and kitchen have patio doors opening onto the large terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and has views over to the marina. The terrace is a fabulous space for relaxing on the sun loungers and outdoor dining. There is also a BBQ for use.
The beautiful kitchen has granite worktops and has an induction hob with integrated extractor, built in oven and microwave along with a large fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. There is a Gusto coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The large bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with overhead shower along with WC and bidet.
Throughout the property there are granite floors with underfloor heating for the cooler months, along with air conditioning for the summer months. It has electric window blinds and a sound system to connect your music to along with superfast broadband for those needing to connect devices or work.
There is allocated secure underground car parking for the apartment and a secure entry system to the apartment block along with an elevator.
Situated within a 10-minute walk from the apartment you can reach the Marina and the old town, both of which have many restaurants which remain open year-round. Lagos train station is a 15-minute walk and the bus terminal is 5 minutes from the apartment.
There are several beautiful beaches close to the apartment. Meia Praia is within walking distance, being 10 minutes beyond the marina area, but also has plenty of free parking close by and is accessible as no steps. Other fabulous beaches are the small and romantic Praia dos Estudantes, and Praia Do Camilo and Praia de Porto Mos to name but a few.
Within the apartment you will find beach towels along with beach bag, cooler bag and parasol for complimentary use.

To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.

From the booking date until 57 days before the check-in, there is no cancellation penalty
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
