Here you will find a large balcony with garden furniture and lounges to enjoy your stay while preparing a delicious barbecue, with a privileged view of the pool.
The dining room and living room share the same environment, and both spaces have direct access to the balcony.
The living room has a restful sofa bed, Smart TV and cable TV. The dining room accommodates four people.
The kitchen has stylish and new appliances: fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
To help you prepare your meals, you will also find tableware and cutlery, pans and various kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is cozy, with a small balcony and two single beds that can be turned into a king size bed. The closet is wide and accommodates all the family's luggage.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a Jacuzzi tub.
The expansive balcony has BBQ and outdoor furniture such as a dining table, loungers, sofa and coffee table. You can rest and enjoy the privileged pool view from there.
The house has electric shutters, underfloor heating, air conditioning and a radio, all individually controlled by built-in panels.

Nearby, there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, and just a few minutes walk away, you have downtown Lagos, beaches, train and bus stations and quick access to golf clubs and the N-125 road.
