The open-plan kitchen has a small window that brings natural light inside. In addition, it is equipped with modern appliances for more intimate meals, such as a fridge, microwave, freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher.
You have everything you need: tableware, glasses, bowls and cutlery, kitchen utensils, blender, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle.
The living and dining rooms have direct access to the balcony. The dining room comfortably seats six people, and the living room has a Smart TV connected directly to the internet, with all the leading streaming apps available plus 125 tv channels.
The en-suite bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large built-in closet and access to the balcony. The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and nightstands. Two bathrooms with a shower serve both rooms.

From the booking date until 57 days before the check-in, there is no cancellation penalty
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
