Description
This modern and spacious new build apartment is the perfect space for 6 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The property features an open plan kitchen and living room, which takes advantage of large windows bringing light into the beautiful space. Also, features a private terrace with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers so you can make the most of the Portuguese sunshine.
Two spacious bedrooms, both with balcony access overlooking the swimming pool. Pull out couch will sleep an additional 2 persons and all linens, dishes, etc. are set up for 6 guests.
Complete with kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All rooms have central air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric blinders, and radio, all individually controlled.
Everything you could need to make your stay here in the Algarve as comfortable as possible.
The property comes with access to communal and children's swimming pools. An indoor SPA with a hot tub, sauna, private parking, and a fitness centre.

A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and colourful market square offering a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, traditional shopping and markets. The main beach of Lagos ('Meia Praia'), supermarkets, and shops are all walking distance. The perfect location for taking one of the many boat trips that leave the Marina, including sailing trips, dolphin watching, fishing, grotto trips, and so on. The golf courses at Palmares, Boavista, and Penina are all a short drive away.
SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.

- There will be an extra cost for key collection on a bank holiday.
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.
