Description
This modern and spacious new build apartment is the perfect space for 6 people to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The property features an open plan kitchen and living room, which takes advantage of large windows bringing light into the beautiful space. It also features a private terrace with an outdoor dining area and sun loungers so you can make the most of the Portuguese sunshine.
Two spacious bedrooms, both with balcony access overlooking the swimming pool. Pull-out couch will sleep an additional 2 persons and all linens, dishes, etc. are set up for 6 guests.
Complete with kitchen appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. All rooms have central air conditioning, underfloor heating, electric blinders, and radio, all individually controlled.
Everything you could need to make your stay here in the Algarve as comfortable as possible.
The property features private and reserved underground parking.
A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled streets and colourful market square offering a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, traditional shopping and markets. The main beach of Lagos ('Meia Praia'), supermarkets, and shops are all within walking distance. The perfect location for taking one of the many boat trips that leave the Marina, including sailing trips, dolphin watching, fishing, grotto trips, and so on. The golf courses at Palmares, Boavista, and Penina are all a short drive away.
